Reporte de caso clínico: tumor de células granulares maligno de paladar duro
Resumen
El tumor de células granulares (TCG) es un tumor benigno de partes blandas y representan aproximadamente el 0,5%; sin embargo, su variante maligna es rara. El presente caso es el primer paciente de tumor de células granulares maligno de paladar duro informado en la institución. Se realiza una revisión de la literatura, se analiza la presentación, diagnóstico patológico, tratamiento y pronóstico de los pacientes con tumor de células granulares maligno.
